Furthermore, Dalbon claimed that Karina Milei, sister of the president, was the mastermind behind Libra’s creation, while President Milei simply enabled the conditions for the project to materialize.
Libra Funds Continue to Move
Despite the legal turmoil, on-chain activity reveals that Davis is still moving and cashing out funds. Blockchain investigator Dethective has uncovered a series of transactions involving Davis and wallets associated with Libra.
Recent Crypto Cashouts
- March 7: Davis unstaked 900,000 USDC from Kamino, a DeFi platform, and transferred the funds to Circle to exchange them into fiat.
- March 10: Davis sold SOL, converting USDT to fiat, netting approximately $700,000.
- The Libra team keeps collecting fees from the Meterora pool, already securing $21 million, with $5 million still left to claim.
