Reporting Copyright Infringement

- Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the material removed was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
- Your contact details.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to an error or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location or where CryptoChatter operates.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We may restore the removed content if we receive a valid counter-notification unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 14 days.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeatedly involved in copyright infringement.
